This place needs to get its act together! It's a chain, there are procedures, follow them !!! Chaos on the front line , kitchen struggling to manage tickets and execute food! This location is a HAM Express... Hot Ass Mess!!!!
I ended up with half of my order , not made correctly, and someone else's order in my bags. If I lived here , I wouldn't go back.
If they don't make some progress, it's going to be a grand opening, grand closing situation! -

Bring back the A team! When 1st open the team was very efficient, friendly and worked like a we'll oiled machine. Unfortunately, when the A team left, so did the efficiently run machine. Service is very slow, workers appear very unmotivated. I sat 20 mint in the drive up today, after placing my order. GET IT TOGETHER GUYS.

If I could give this place ZERO stars that would still be too many.
We walked in on a slow night (maybe 15 people inside) and after waiting a few minutes for someone to acknowledge us, we finally placed our order. $40 later we had our drinks in hand, sat down, and waited... and waited... and waited.
While waiting for our food we kept hearing "honking" sounds and wondered what was going on? Well, it turned out to be the sound of car horns from drive thru customers who, as if sending us a signal to "get out while you still can", eventually came in, one by one, to complain. After well over 20 minutes waiting for one potato and 3 sandwiches, it was finally our turn, we had enough and decided to get our money back.
One person from our party went up to the counter and told a worker that we wanted a refund. He yells back to the manager "another refund", as if it were as common as ordering a salad or a "famous" sweet tea.
While waiting yet again for what should've been a quick process to get our money back, servers finally come to our table. We would've refused the food since we were in the process of getting a refund, but it wasn't even ours - three potatoes! Worse yet, they took it back to the kitchen and then proceeded to take it to another table - where it was even missing something.
Finally, 35 minutes after walking in the door, we got our "refund" ($36 because, "drinks") with no apology.
This was my first time "eating" here and I can guarantee you I won't be back.
